We provide interventions, treatments, and services for the youths who are homeless, involved with juvenile delinquencies, marginalized, or substance abuse.

Our professionals at Center For Positive Changes work closely with the clients and their families to ensure the provision of care through consultation, assessment, care coordination, and care planning.

Service includes the following:

  • Providing structure and consistency
  • Weekly consultations with key staff and therapist
  • Family counseling and consultation when appropriate
